Ski Arlberg pass

Buy your Ski Arlberg pass online before you arrive. Use it as a digital ticket in the Ski Arlberg App or load it onto an existing KeyCard.

ℹ️ How your ski pass works – digital ticket or KeyCard

Ski Arlberg offers two convenient options: a digital ticket in the Ski Arlberg App or a traditional ski pass on a KeyCard.

📱 Digital ticket in the Ski Arlberg App

  1. Install the Ski Arlberg App: Download the official Ski Arlberg App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Buy your ski pass online: Purchase your preferred ticket in the official Ski Arlberg online shop.
  3. Open your ticket: After purchase, open the ticket link in your confirmation email. Your ticket will be saved in the Ski Arlberg Wallet.
  4. Activate your ticket on the day you ski: Open the digital ticket and activate it using the slider. A green status shows that the ticket is active.
  5. Enable Bluetooth/NFC: Make sure Bluetooth/NFC is enabled so your digital ticket can be recognised at the lift gates.
  6. Check that your ticket is active: A green ticket icon in the top-right corner confirms that it is active.
  7. Keep your phone on the left: Keep your phone in a pocket on the left side of your body and make sure there are no other chip cards in the same pocket.
  8. Keep in mind that the ticket is linked to your device: Once activated, the ticket is linked to that smartphone and cannot be used on another device.
  9. Internet connection and battery: You do not need a constant internet connection once the ticket has been downloaded and activated. Make sure your phone has enough battery for the day.
Minimum smartphone requirements:
Apple iPhone: iOS 16.0 or later, iPhone 8 or later.
Android: Android 8.0 or later.

💳 Ski pass on a KeyCard

If you prefer a traditional card, you can also arrange your ski pass in advance.

  • Load an existing KeyCard online: Enter the number of your existing KeyCard when buying online and load the new ski pass directly onto the card.
  • Collect your ticket in resort: If you do not already have a suitable card, you can collect your ticket from a ticket office or pick-up machine, depending on how you purchased it.
  • Buy in resort: Ski passes can, of course, also be purchased at Ski Arlberg ticket offices.
  • Using your KeyCard while skiing: Keep the card on the left side of your body. The chip will be recognised automatically at the lift gate.
  • Keep your KeyCard: You can reuse the card on future ski days and reload it online.
Haus Richard Falch tip: If possible, buy and set up your ski pass before you arrive. Only activate the digital ticket on the phone you intend to use, as activation links the ticket to that device.
Haus Richard Falch tip:
The lifts, village centre, sports shops, ski hire shops and many restaurants are all close to Haus Richard Falch. Many of St. Anton’s key places are within easy walking distance.
